This workshop features engaging horse-facilitated learning activities to teach and understand the Eponaquest building blocks of leadership.  In an ever-changing world, understanding and implementing the Five Roles of Leadership will change the way you see yourself and others.  Working with our horses will accelerate your learning and highlight each role of leadership as you use them to accomplish your goals.

Horses use Emotion as information. Linda Kohanov with Karla McLaren created the Emotional Message Chart to help you navigate the emotions that show up every day at work and at play.  Learn to use your emotions and others as information. Feel the emotion, get the message, make decisions on solid ground. There is nothing more contagious than emotions. Science helps us understand how to use our bodies to manage contagious emotions.

Gifts of the Horse is an advanced workshop and a counts as a pre-requisite to the Eponaquest, LLC Apprenticeship program.

Each attendee will be given the opportunity to take the Master Herder Professional Assessment and receive coaching in how to interpret the results.

Janet Murray EFL facilitator is a graduate of the 31st class in the Eponaquest Apprenticeship program in 2016. A  certified Eponaquest instructor and disciple of internationally acclaimed and bestselling author Linda Kohanov.  Janet brings with her 5 years of international study in equine facilitated learning and is a recommend Eponaquest instructor.
